Best Rides for Toddlers at Epcot in Disney World
If you are visiting Walt Disney World with your family you may have heard that Epcot isn’t much fun for toddlers. Although Epcot doesn’t offer as many rides as some of the other Walt Disney World theme parks, the rides they do have are excellent for young children! Here are the Best Rides for Toddler at Epcot in Disney World:
Journey Into Imagination With Figment
Join Figment, the silly purple dragon, on a journey through the Imagination Institute. Journey Into Imagination with Figment is one of our favorite Epcot rides for toddlers because it’s so full of excitement! You never know where Figment might shown up throughout the ride and he is sure the make your little one laugh. Ella loves singing along with Figment and using her imagination to learn about each of the five senses. Our favorite part of the ride is going through Figment’s upside down house of imagination!
Frozen Ever After
Visit Elsa and Anna on an exciting flume-ride to the Kingdom of Arendale. Your toddler will love this ride because it features all of their favorite characters and songs from Disney’s Frozen. Ella loves singing along with Olaf and visiting Elsa in her Ice Palace. Frozen Ever After is located in the Norway Pavilion of the World Showcase and is extremely popular! We highly suggest booking a fast pass for Frozen Ever After ahead of time. Also, keep in mind that Frozen Ever After features a small drop towards the end of the ride. I have taken Ella on this ride many times and it doesn’t bother her but it’s good to know ahead of time.
The Seas With Nemo And Friends
Explore the big, blue world in this slow paced, kid-friendly ride featuring your toddlers favorite characters from Disney’s Finding Nemo. This is our absolute favorite on the list of best Epcot rides for toddlers. Ella loves this ride so much that we always end up going on it at least twice! The Seas with Nemo and Friends is perfect for toddlers because it is so smooth and upbeat. Kids love climbing into their orange clam shell and swimming along with Nemo and his friends. I highly recommend this ride to everyone visiting Epcot in Walt Disney World.
Travel back in time to the very beginning of mankind on this slow paced ride through history. Spaceship Earth is a classic Epcot ride that everyone should experience when visiting Disney World. This ride is great for toddlers because there is so much for them to see! Ella really enjoyed seeing all of the lifelike animatronics throughout the ride. Her favorite part was Michelangelo painting the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel! Spaceship Earth is one of the best Epcot rides for toddlers, and I highly recommend checking it out.
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros
Join the Caballeros as they search for their pal Donald Duck on a journey through Mexico. This ride is awesome because it gives you a glimpse into the beautiful culture of Mexico. Gran Fiesta Tour is a great ride for toddlers because it is super fun and educational. Ella loved helping Panchito and José Carioca search through some of Mexico’s famous landmarks to find Donald Duck. We also enjoyed dancing along the the catching tunes from The Three Caballeros!
