Boston, Massachusetts has always been a city near and dear to my heart and now that I am a mother I love Boston even more! Not only is Boston beautiful, but it is also such a fun place to visit with kids. Boston is home to so many awesome kid friendly attractions. So many in fact, you could live here and still not be able to visit them all! Here are my Top 5 Things To Do in Boston With Kids:

Fenway Park

I don’t know about you, but when I think of Boston I immediately think of the iconic Fenway Park. Built in 1912, Fenway Park is the oldest active ballpark in Major League Baseball and home to the Boston Red Sox. Whether you are interested in baseball or not, Fenway Park is an absolute must-see when visiting Boston with kids. The New England Aquarium is seriously my favorite aquarium ever! There are so many fun exhibits for kids of all ages to explore. Many of the exhibits featured at The New England Aquarium are hands on and interactive which children absolutely love! The aquarium is a great way to incorporate both play and learning into your visit to Boston. Our favorite exhibit at The New England Aquarium was the huge penguin exhibit!

Boston Public Garden

The Boston Public Garden is America’s oldest public botanical garden and one of Boston’s greatest attractions.  This is such a fun place to spend with kids especially during the warmer seasons. The Boston Public Garden is located in the very heart of Boston adjacent the the popular Boston Common. The public garden is filled with beautiful flowers and kid friendly activities perfect for a day of family fun. Some of the most famous attractions in Boston Public Garden include: Swan Boats, Make Way For Duckling Statues, and the George Washington Statue.
